At Feral Pizza
Inspired by pizza in parts of the Northeast, we bake our pies longer for a darker crust & crisp. We believe that the dough is what makes a pizzeriaβs pizza unique and flavorful. Our batches of dough are made using our 10 year old sourdough starter & then cold fermented for 48-72 hours. We scratch-make as much as possible in small batches for quality and to minimize food wasteβ¦. from the dough, pizza sauce, Italian sausage, hot honey, ranch, baked goods, etc.
Feral Pizza is solely run by a wife/husband team inside of a tiny pizzeria {16β trailer}, located in the side yard of Duval Market in the North Loop neighborhood of Austin, TX.
